Graduate Program
1. How many graduate positions do you available for your 2008 programme?
We have a small graduate programme, with limited positions available. For a graduate the big difference between Morley and some of our competitors is the amount of individual attention you’ll receive. Every year we take on between 10 and 12 graduates, while many of our competitors take on between 50 and 100. That means at Morley you’re one of the chosen few. Almost from Day One you’ll be doing real work in real departments alongside our top people.
2. How is your graduate program structured? What is the duration of the graduate programme?
The aim of Morley’s graduate programme is to develop high performing professionals with these attributes, who have the potential to rise into leadership positions. The programme is a structured development programme involving:

- Work experience periods
- Professional qualifications
The aim of Morley's structured training programme is to develop our graduate recruits into high-performing investment professionals with the potential to rise into leadership positions.
